Getting this form to look right was a major pain in the ass. I must have spent hours trying to get Illustrator to make all my lines connect. Some of the jokes make me cringe now, but I still think it's one of my favorite pieces.

So if you haven't noticed yet, tax season is upon us. And we here at the Pogo Shtick Funny Pages don't want to just entertain (smart-alec response: "You're supposed to be entertaining?") -- we want to help. And so we said to ourselves, "Hey, selves, those forms the IRS gives us to fill out can be so complicated. Why don't we simplify it for them?" And so, for your convenience, we proudly present the 1040-EZR form! Oh, sure, you could go to the IRS and download their official documents, but where's the excitement in that? Go on, be a rebel! Live dangerously! And don't say we never did anything for you. (Unless, of course, you end up in jail, in which case, please testify that we never did anything for you.) Note: Forms are only legal in U.S. states beginning with the letter B. |
